VANDALIZED—A Monument along Idaho 55 near Banks memorializing the 2012 deaths of Valley County residents Howard and Ethel Koskella was recently put back in place following a suspected act of vandalism. The roughly 200-pound monument was found resting by a tree down the embankment in an area that it could not have come to rest by accident, according to the Boise County Sheriff’s Office.
