RONALD EDWARD WISE

July 24, 1944 – April 3, 2023

Ronald Edward Wise was born July 24, 1944, in Niagara Falls, New York. He went to be with God on April 3, 2023. He was a Vietnam veteran, a mill worker, a jack of all trades, a husband, father, grandpa, brother and a friend to so many.

He married Sally Paul in June of 1966. They had two children, Jodi and Jake, and a bonus daughter Teri. His heart nearly burst when Bradi was born. She was his everything. They were buddies, partners in crime and were always looking for the next great deal.

He dirt biked, snowmobiled, horseback rode, tried to ski, farmed, raised cows and pigs, played softball, volunteered with 4-H and rodeo and so many more things.

He loved his family more than anything in the world. He was supportive in all that they did. He was at all the sports events screaming from the stands and handing out fireball jawbreakers.

One of his favorite things to do was to help raise money by helping with local auctions. 4-H auctions were his favorite, and he could be heard saying, “Just one more time!” Because of that line, the bids tended to go on longer and much higher! He often was seen in the summer walking around town handing out popsicles. He loved making the rounds in Cascade to see what everyone was up to.

He loved the Lord, and that makes our loss more bearable. We know that he is out of pain and doing everything that he wasn’t able to do in the last few years, now. We will forever be missing a piece of our hearts, but boy did Heaven gain a huge guardian angel.
