Orphaned bear cubs Celeste (pictured at right) and Barney are siblings born in the spring, who were admitted to the Snowdon Wildlife Sanctuary for rehabilitation after being found malnourished. They have grown into healthy young bears and are on track to be released again into the wild this fall. The bears were named by donors at Snowdon’s September 21 fundraiser. Snowdon has canceled its annual Open House this year while various improvement projects are completed at the sanctuary.Courtesy of Snowdon Wildlife Sanctuary
