CHAMPIONS—Cliff and Kathy Scheline of Donnelly, known as “Grandpa and Grandma Library,” were named Idaho Afterschool Champions by the Idaho Out-of-School Network for their support and volunteer work at the Donnelly Public Library to help children learn to read.
