Artist Odessa Kaufmann of Chalk & Cloud Murals adds the finishing touches of paint on the mural that she designed and has spend the last week painting onto the south facing wall of 302 E. Lake St. in downtown McCall. Kaufmann said that the final coat will consist of a water based clear polyurethane which will protect the mural from the elements and prolong the life of the colors. The mural is expected to be finished this week. The mural was funded by the McCall Ski Heritage Foundation and collaborated on with the City of McCall Public Art Advisory Committee.Photo by Tricia Warren/The Star-News
