The Reed Gillespie Chapter of Trout Unlimited, based in McCall, planted 150 willows on Bureau of Land Management property along the North Fork of the Payette River at Heinrich Lane. The group planted willows the last two years in an effort to keep the riverbank in that area from eroding.
