Dennis Hooper, Oregon, kicks up some snow while instructors Andy Guest and Chris Wernert supervise as he conquers a run down Easy Street in a sit ski provided by the Adaptive Wilderness Sports of McCall (AWeSOMe!) last Friday during the WarFighters Ski Program at Brundage Mountain Resort. Five veterans from Idaho and Oregon participated in the annual program, which is sponsored by Move United and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Move United WarFighters provides free adaptive sports programming to all service members and veterans with a permanent physical disability.
