Cason Elordi, 8, Caldwell, uses a support device to skate with Boise State Hockey player Aiden Surovic cheering him on during the Courageous Kids Climbing’s ice-skating event Saturday at Manchester Ice and Events Centre. The annual event is aimed at facilitating persons with disabilities to get out onto the ice. Sixteen skaters ranging in age from 5 to 45 took to the ice with assistance from the Boise State and University of Idaho hockey teams.
