South Lake sewer patrons split over dissolving district
An online survey by the South Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District saw the few respondents evenly split over whether to dissolve the district, the district reported. The board of the sewer district discussed the survey results during their most recent meeting but took no action, Chair John Harry of Eagle said.

Vandal VB team falls short at 3A state tourney
The McCall-Donnelly volleyball team won the first set against Snake River of Blackfoot before falling in the first round of the 3A state tournament in Idaho Falls last Friday. Claire Warren delivered 13 kills, Gabi Green had six blocks and Shilah Arnold came up with 16 digs as the Vandals took the match played at Hillcrest High School to four sets.
Warren, Green earn First Team allconference honors
McCall-Donnelly’s Claire Warren and Gabi Green both nabbed First Team selections as the Snake River Valley Conference announced postseason awards for volleyball. Shilah Arnold was also voted to the All-SRV Second Team and Delaney Ott earned an honorable mention nod.

McManus wins silver at 3A XC state meet
Jack McManus ran his fastest race ever as the McCall-Donnelly cross country team competed at the 3A state cross-country championships on Saturday in Lewiston. The Vandal senior crossed the finish line in a blistering 15 minutes, 50 seconds.
