We’ve all seen movies or TV shows where a character gets knocked on the head and suddenly has amnesia or loses consciousness.

As a long time resident here, with four generations of Valley County roots, and a supporter of fair and open elections, I was thrilled to learn our legislative District 8 was successfully qualified for the Idahoans for Open Primaries initiative.

The Idaho House of Representatives was right to pump the brakes on a bill that would have ended the ability of cities and counties to regulate short term rentals.

Now is the time to have a say about tens of millions of dollars in bonds and levies that could be put forward by the McCall-Donnelly School District.
