A Meridian man was arrested on Feb. 5 after leading deputies on a high-speed pursuit through Cascade at speeds over 100 miles per hour and crashing his truck about 12 miles south of Cascade on Idaho 55.
Amanda Rowley was driving north on Idaho 55 in Cascade last Wednesday when a black pickup truck passed her at “over 100 miles per hour” causing her to swerve off the road to avoid being hit.
