A proposed 40-lot subdivision bordering Lake Fork Creek was denied by the Valley County Planning and Zoning Commission last week.River Fork Ranch had proposed to construct 22 single family homes and nine duplexes on a 44-acre property on Spink Lane, about four miles north of Donnelly.
