Ann Rehm wanted to bring a little slice of Australia to New Meadows, so she dug up some old tea pots, baked scones with jam and cream and threw a tea party.Rehm, a New Meadows resident, grew up in Australia’s rich culture of afternoon tea and tea parties and wanted to bring that experience to the community.“It’s kind of my heritage,” Rehm said.
